About this role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a positive and seamless candidate experience, blending recruitment expertise with engaging digital marketing. Your daily contributions will span the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from crafting compelling content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to managing online job advertisements and ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are flawlessly executed during onboarding.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Strong understanding and confidence using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively.

Desired criteria
- A third level qualification in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, marketing, or HR.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and creative tools such as Canva or video editing apps.
