Senior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager – Conway Group, Magherafelt
Salary - £60,000-85,000 per annum plus other attractive benefits.
Due to the expansion of Group activities, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to strengthen our existing team based at head office in Magherafelt.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and great attention to detail. This role is based full time in Magherafelt with no UK travel.

Requirements of the role:
· Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
· Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
· Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring all projects meet the company's high standards.
· Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to on all sites.
· Contribute to the company's strategic growth and development plans.
Key Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager., ideally within Design and Build.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
· The ability to work in a team and on own initiative, including being able to work under pressure and deliver high quality outputs to time and cost constraints.
· A strategic thinker.
Essential Criteria:
An accredited degree or post-graduate qualification in Quantity Surveying/Project Management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Remuneration:
Salary: £60k - £85k
