Working Joinery Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced working joinery supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled joiner. We are looking for someone to be hands-on, organised, reliable and confident in leading.

About this role

Qualifications

  • Experience of - 1st and 2nd fix joinery (2nd fix predominantly), fitting wall and floor tiles, kitchen fitting, flooring etc.

  • Completed trade apprenticeship

  • Full clean driving License

  • Experience of working at heights / roof repairs desirable

  • Experience of working on maintenance contracts/Construction industry preferred

  • Fire door qualification (desirable)

  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with peers, client services team, contractors and management

  • Responsible for measurements and quality control

  • Responsible for acting safely and following all company HS protocols Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works within qualified work areas

  • Attend, diagnose and repair faults/issues having due regard to customer care in this specific environment

  • Commitment to a call out rota

  • Complete the relevant paperwork and report diligently

  • Carry out the actual work to the high quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expect

  • Uphold Data Protection Policies

  • Travel across Northern Ireland as required with main work located Greater Belfast and County Down

  • Check integrity of fire doors

 Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times

  • Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately

  • Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed

  • Observe & follow all manual handling practices

         In addition,

  • ·         As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations properties, we will require a recent Enhanced Access NI certificate CTS will perform a Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process.
