HSEQ Placement Student

As a HSEQ Placement Student you will be learning on the job, you will be responsible for assisting the implementation the safety and environmental management controls and procedures within Clarke. Your role will be to complete assigned work to the best of your ability, ask questions to move forward and work within proposed timescales.

Along with the rest of our team, you will help us deliver dream projects for our clients on large scale construction projects.

Key Deliverables

As a Trainee Façade Technician, you are required to:

  • Balancing both Quality and Health and Safety matters.

  • Supporting to devise and maintain Quality and Environmental procedures, processes, standards and specifications in relation to ISO 9001.

  • Assisting with site inspections.

  • Conduct accident investigations along with the H&S team and assisting with any RIDDOR requirements.

  • Assisting with audits as required; provide support to the H&S team to plan and investigative.

  • Along with the H&S team, supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that Clarke Facades meet the highest quality and environmental standards.

  • Supporting the management of practices to ensure that working conditions are favorable and safe.

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills at all levels of business.

  • Any other duties relevant to the role as required by the HSEQ Manager

The role is offered as a  placement opportunity, ideally, you will have completed your first 2 years of a course relevant to the field & have a high level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
