Requirements –
Follow all company policies and procedure; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to the company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
Handle any guest issues with professionalism and confidence;
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Reception team and support the team to reach common goals.
General computer knowledge
Pleasant demeanour when interacting with hotel guests
Good communication skills
Organisational skills
Ability to multitask
Willingness to learn hotel computer system/software
