Marketing and Business Development Executive
With more than 30 years’ experience of supporting ambitious and dynamic SMEs across the UK and Ireland and with our continued success, we are seeking a Marketing & BD Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage our digital presence across various platforms, ensure optimized performance, and drive engagement. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement following a successful probationary period.
Location: Ballymena, Northern Ireland (Hybrid working)
Experience Required: At least 2 years
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus
About the role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills liaising with third parties, including suppliers, agencies and chambers. Flexibility will be required as you will attend events with the and the occasional travel to Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
Social media management
Content creation and planning
Development and execution of digital campaigns, including PPC
Website management
Monitoring and evaluation of marketing performance
Assisting with incoming sales enquiries
What you will need
Required criteria
- Proven experience with WordPress, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience in content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required.
- Hold a current driving licence
- At least 2 years relevant experience
