Salary: £30,000 plus commission

Formed in 2004, Private Equity owned Parkingeye, is looking to support clients in both managing their car parks and helping them generate revenues. Reporting to the Account Director, the role of Client Manager is critical to the on-going success and future growth of Parkingeye. Finding new clients and enabling growth in our existing clients are both at the heart of our business and are what will underpin our growth.

About the role
As a Client Manager you will work independently with both new and existing clients. For new clients, you’ll be tasked to prospect, win and onboard the clients, handing them over to our phenomenal account management team. For existing clients, you will establish strong relationships which will support the client and will exceed our contractual commitments. You will be responsible for growth and renewal of our high-profile accounts.
You will always be required to interact with colleagues across the company and within your team to facilitate the smooth implementation of new car park management schemes as well as ongoing maintenance of existing systems to guarantee the delivery of a positive client experience.
You must have demonstrable experience in a client-facing role with the aptitude and desire to learn new technical concepts and technologies. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, solving day to day issues and cross selling the company’s other products and services. You are expected to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring a positive client journey.
Client Managers are quick on their feet and assertive yet tactful in dealing with clients. Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision are all important.
You will be the main point of contact for your clients, and you will need to be able to cope under pressure, having multiple asks and client queries to manage at any one time.
Since you will communicate both in oral and written form, you should be a confident speaker with excellent written communication skills.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Do you have a minimum 3 Years experience working in account management ?
- Do you have a minimum 1 year experience working in new business sales ?
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships?
- Do you have Experience of liaising with potential clients to generate new business opportunities ?
- Experience in an administration support role
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Demonstrable achievement of sales targets
- Strong I.T and written English language skills
- A Clean valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
- Travelling and overnight stays will be required as part of the role
