Machine Setter (Nights)
Albert Bartlett are excited to share this opportunity for a solution-focused individual to join our experienced production team as a Machine Setter (Nights), in our state-of-the-art Chilled Factory, in Airdrie.
The Machine Setter role offers a challenging and unique blend of technical, production, and leadership responsibilities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to own and run a production line in a fast-paced, dynamic, food production environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimum supervision and have experience working within a factory environment.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
· Ensuring that all relevant safety checks are completed prior to start up each shift.
· Ensuring all start up and change processes are followed and recorded.
· Ensuring all auditable paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
· Proactively overseeing a production line and escalating to leaders when necessary.
Hours of Work:
· 22:15 – 07:00
· Sunday – Thursday
· 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay:
· From £12.90 - £13.96 per hour
