We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Donnelly Group Vauxhall in Dungannon. In this role, you’ll use your skills and drive to create meaningful connections with our customers, helping them find the best solutions and products to suit their needs.
About the role
Role & Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for our customers throughout their Vauxhall car-buying journey, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering informed guidance on our products and services.
Providing expert product knowledge to help customers make well-informed decisions.
Building rapport with both new and returning customers to create a welcoming and positive experience.
Collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

A full valid driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.

What you will need
Required criteria
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong organisation skills with an attention to detail
- Proficient in IT packages, particularly MS Office
- Driven to meet targets
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
- At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
Desired criteria
- Experience with Kerridge or another CRM system
