Fork Lift Truck Driver (Loading) Back Shift £12.19 p/h
The Forklift and Pallet Truck Driver is responsible for Un-Loading of raw potato product, Loading of all customer orders onto delivery vehicles, Servicing production lines by use of forklift/Pallet truck.
Loading of all customer orders onto delivery vehicles
Service production lines by use of forklift truck and take away finished product and store safely and correctly in the despatch fridge area
Build customer orders exactly to requirements as stated on Loading Lines
Load product to vehicles as per loading lines
Accurately record quantities to be loaded onto loading line
Communicate quantities loaded to assist with production of delivery notes
Check delivery note information against loading line information
Unloading of incoming product and recording of product information
Identify incoming product by liaising with department managers
Unload product to vehicles as per loading lines
Ensure boxes are correctly stacked in allocated bays
Liaise with department managers with regards to all quality issues
Successful candidates will have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Experience working within a similar environment desirable.
About the role
HOURS OF WORK & RATES OF PAY (Options Available):
Back-Shift: Sunday 9-5, Monday – Thursday 5pm – 1 am and every 2nd Sat (£11.69 per hour + 0.50p per hour shift allowance).
