- A genuine interest in coffee and the hospitality industry.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- Comfortable with handling cash and using a till system.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Desired criteria
- Previous experience working as a Barista or in a similar cafe environment.
- Basic food hygiene awareness, with HACCP training considered an advantage.
