The Fitzgerald Group is one of Ireland's leading family-owned hospitality businesses, with more than 26 bars, restaurants and hotels across Dublin, Kildare, Galway and Cork. We are hiring a Project Manager to support the maintenance and growth of the group and its Dublin venues.
About this role
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee planning, executing, and finalising construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Support the coordination and supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead in the procurement of materials and equipment.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
What you will need
Required criteria
- 3+ years Project Manager experience
- A track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to scope
Desired criteria
- Relevant qualification or degree
- Experience within the Irish hospitality sector is desirable
