About the Role
As a Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting older people to live their lives with dignity, choice, and independence. You will be part of a close-knit care community where relationships matter and every interaction counts.
Your role is not just about tasks – it’s about connection, understanding, and being present.
What You’ll Do
Provide person-centred care with warmth, respect, and compassion
Support residents with personal care, nutrition, hydration, mobility, and comfort
Take time to listen, reassure, and build meaningful relationships
Promote choice, independence, and individual outcomes
Notice changes in wellbeing and take initiative to act or escalate concerns
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
Create a calm, homely, and welcoming environment for everyone
