The Pennyhill in Lucan is seeking an Experienced Assistant Manager to join their busy, friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager and the rest of the team.
About this role
Support the General Manager in the daily operation of a high-volume city centre pub
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture
Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to
Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
2+ years previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods
