We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Care Trainer to join our Head Office team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working regionally across our homes, you’ll play a key role in developing our care teams, strengthening their skills and confidence, and ensuring our colleagues have the knowledge and practical experience to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
