TES Power is an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Power Distribution solutions. Due to the continued growth and expansion we are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Panel Wirers to join our growing team at our Data Centre Campus in Ballykelly.
These roles involve the wiring and assembly of electrical control panels and switchgear systems, supporting the delivery of high-quality power infrastructure solutions.
About this role
Role Function
Wire electrical control panels and switchgear systems to engineering drawings and schematics
Install and terminate cables, components, and control devices
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans
Carry out point-to-point wiring and functional checks
Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with industry regulations
Identify and report faults, defects, or non-conformances
Work closely with mechanical fitters and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
The person:
Proven experience as a Panel Wirer, Electrician, or Electrical Assembler
Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings
Experience with panel wiring, cable termination, and component installation
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Experience in switchgear, power distribution, or control systems
Relevant electrical qualification or apprenticeship
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. IEC, BS standards)
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
