Are you passionate about using technology to improve processes, solve business challenges, and drive meaningful change? We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing organisation and play a key role in delivering business systems, automation, and digital improvement initiatives across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, implement technology solutions, and support the effective operation of key business systems. This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, system configuration, process improvement, reporting, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve ways of working.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical system and reporting solutions.
Lead business systems, digital improvement, and automation projects from requirements through to implementation.
Configure and maintain business applications, workflows, forms, and low-code/no-code automations.
Investigate and resolve complex system issues, working closely with technology partners and vendors.
Support governance, data protection, IT security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Essential
3+ years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technology-focused role.
Proven experience delivering business systems, digital improvement, or automation projects.
Hands-on experience configuring business applications, workflows, or low-code/no-code solutions.
Experience working with third-party technology vendors and service providers.
Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Desirable
Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or Copilot.
Experience developing reports and dashboards.
Experience working with outsourced IT providers.
Experience in healthcare, social care, or other regulated environments.
Knowledge of GDPR, information security, and IT governance.
