We are currently seeking an ambitious, analytical and proactive HR Partner to join our Human Resources team at our Headquarters in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
Reporting to the HR Manager and Head of HR, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of a growing organisation, supporting workforce planning, HR governance, people analytics, HR systems, overseas recruitment administration and compliance initiatives across multiple locations.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with data, systems, reporting and continuous improvement. Rather than operating as a traditional front-line employee relations advisor, the successful candidate will use workforce information, HR metrics and system insights to support decision-making, identify trends, improve compliance and strengthen organisational performance.
The role will work closely with the HR Team, Operations Team and Nursing Home Management, providing meaningful analysis, reports and workforce insights that support strategic and operational objectives across Evergreen Care.
The role demands flexibility and while a strong background in suupporting operational decisions is required, the role wil also be required to support the Evergreen Care workforce as needed.
About this role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Produce, analyse and interpret HR data, workforce metrics and management information to support decision-making across the organisation.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and key performance indicators, providing regular insight into trends relating to recruitment, retention, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, training compliance and workforce planning.
Support the development, implementation and optimisation of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency and effective utilisation across all services.
Identify workforce trends, emerging risks and opportunities through data analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations to operational and senior management teams.
Lead and support HR auditing activities, including employee records, compliance documentation, mandatory training and workforce data quality.
Contribute to workforce planning initiatives through the analysis of staffing levels, vacancy trends, succession planning requirements and future workforce needs.
Develop standardised reporting frameworks and management information tools that enable managers to monitor and improve key people metrics.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and workforce information for senior leadership, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
Support the development and review of HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.
Monitor developments in employment legislation, workforce analytics, HR technology and industry best practice, ensuring continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting capabilities.
Provide HR insight and data-driven recommendations to support organisational initiatives, projects and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with operational managers and the wider HR team to ensure accurate workforce information is available and effectively utilised throughout the organisation.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, data protection and information governance in all aspects of HR administration and reporting.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, reporting capabilities and workforce outcomes.
Contribute to the development of a positive, engaged and high-performing workplace through the provision of accurate workforce intelligence and strategic HR support.
Experience & Qualifications
Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Analyst, HR Partner or similar role.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with HR systems and producing workforce reports and dashboards.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
Experience managing confidential information and sensitive employee data.
Excellent written, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.
Desirable
Experience within healthcare, nursing home, social care or multi-site environments.
Experience with employment permits and overseas recruitment processes.
Exposure to HRIS implementation, system optimisation or data management projects.
Experience producing executive-level reports and workforce planning analysis.

What you will need
Required criteria
- A diploma or degree in HR Management (CIPD)
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced HR Department.
- Solid working knowledge of employment legislation
- Approachable and confidential with excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- High level of drive; resilience and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Sound judgement with an innate ability to draw logical conclusions and put forward appropriate solutions.
- Access to own transport essential
