Salary band: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus Bonus
Working Pattern: Full-time, with hybrid working options available
About this role
As a Health and Safety Advisor within BeyondSafety, you will report to the Senior H&S Consultant and play a critical role in shaping robust safety cultures for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert guidance to clients on their legal health and safety obligations.
Conducting comprehensive H&S audits of client sites, delivering insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
Leading accident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and preventative measures.
Collaborating with clients to develop bespoke health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments (including COSHH), and safe systems of work.
Delivering engaging H&S training and briefings to client teams.
Keeping clients informed with proactive updates on new legislation and best practice.
Acting as a crucial liaison with enforcing authorities on behalf of clients.
Actively contributing to the commercial growth and development of our health and safety services.
We seek a flexible, positive, and commercially aware individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team, thriving on making a tangible impact. Given the client-facing nature of this role, travel across Northern Ireland, and occasionally to Scotland and England, is required. Therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
What you will need
Required criteria
- 2 years practical experience gained in an industrial environment
- A NEBOSH Certificate
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
Desired criteria
- NEBOSH National Diploma and membership of a professional body, such as IOSH
