Job Title: Customer Service with Languages Placement
Reporting To: Group Office Manager
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Fridays 8am – 3.45pm
Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone.

About this role
Key Activities:
· Provide exceptional customer service across a range of customer enquiries and requests.
· Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
· Act as a key point of contact and intermediary, ensuring customer issues are handled promptly and effectively.
· Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
· Support customer satisfaction by understanding individual needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Use language skills on a daily basis to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds and markets.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a genuine passion for delivering a positive experience.
The Person:
This role is ideal for someone studying languages, with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service to our diverse customer base.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and be capable of taking control of all administration involved in running an auction. This is not a typical office job; no two days will be the same.
While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
· Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in Languages (other disciplines will be considered)
· The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
· Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
· Maintain a valid passport.
· Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to
· Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
· Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Be reliable, self-motivated with good attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.
· Possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
