Job Title: HSEQ Placement
Reporting To: Health and Safety Manager
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Fridays 8am – 3.45pm
Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone.

About this role
Key Activities:
Administrative support with environmental and quality tasks
Assist in planning, delivery, monitoring and updating of policies
Lead health and safety induction and training sessions.
Help with identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace risks to protect employees, the public, and the environment
Be present on Auction day to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
The Person:
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment. This is not a typical office job; no two days will be the same. This opportunity will involve working alongside employees across the entire global operation. The ideal candidate must be able to apply their skills and experience to an extremely busy, fast paced environment
While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
Be studying towards a relative third level discipline
The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
Maintain a valid passport.
Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
Be reliable, self-motivated with good attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
Have a desire to exceed expectations.
