Job Title: HR Placement
Reporting To: Group HR Manager
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Fridays 8am – 3.45pm
Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone.

About this role
Key Activities:
Support and participate in the end-to-end global recruitment process.
Review, update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee absences, time and attendance, holiday requests and related records.
Process and manage employee expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor, analyse and report on key HR metrics and people data.
Provide HR business partnering support to managers and employees across the organisation.
Use data and analytical insights to identify trends, resolve issues and support informed decision-making.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the global business to deliver effective HR solutions.
Take a proactive, problem-solving approach to complex HR queries and business challenges.
Support wider HR initiatives and projects as required.
The Person:
This is a generalist HR Role which will provide a unique opportunity to gain experience in a HR Departments whose objectives span the entire global operation. The ideal candidate must be able to apply their skills and experience to an extremely busy, fast paced environment.
While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in HR (other disciplines will be considered)
Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to
The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
Show proficiency in entire MS Office suite especially Excel.
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and achieve high accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation.
Be reliable, self-motivated with good attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
