Job Title: Business Administration Placement
Reporting To: Group Office Manager
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Fridays 8am – 3.45pm
Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone.

About this role
Key Activities:
Support with all administrative tasks associated with the successful running of auctions.
Liaise with buyers and sellers, providing professional and efficient customer service.
Manage and maintain accurate stock records and associated documentation.
Prepare, process and manage contracts and related paperwork.
Assist with the coordination and administration of auction activities.
Work collaboratively as part of a wider global team.
Carry out additional duties and administrative tasks as required.
The Person:
The successful candidate will gain experience working in a busy office environment and be confident managing the administration involved in running an auction. This is a varied and interesting role, where every day brings something different and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved and make a real contribution.
While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in Business (other disciplines will be considered)
The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
Maintain a valid passport.
Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Be reliable, self-motivated with good attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.
