At Silver Stream Healthcare Group, we are committed to attracting and hiring the right people to support our teams. We are seeking a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to appointment.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ recruitment experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience using recruitment systems and sourcing tools is essential.

About this role
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and candidate requirements.
Manage multiple vacancies across a high-volume recruitment environment.
Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews where required.
Complete pre-employment checks, including reference checks.
Prepare and issue offers and contracts of employment.
Create and update job descriptions and interview questions.
Support effective onboarding and ensure recruitment compliance is maintained.
Organise and attend recruitment events, open days and job fairs.
Track recruitment metrics, identify trends and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Assist the HR Operations Manager and wider HR team as required.

Essential Criteria
1–2 years’ experience in recruitment.
Experience within healthcare, hospitality, retail or another high-volume staffing environment is desirable.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, recruitment systems and online sourcing tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you will need
