One of Dublin's most iconic pubs, The Poitín Stil, is looking for friendly, reliable floor staff, to assist with carvery service to join our restaurant and bar team. You'll be at the heart of the customer experience — greeting guests, serving food and drink from our carvery servery, and keeping the restaurant and bar looking and running at its best.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming and looking after customers throughout their visit
Serving food and beverages
Clearing and replenishing the servery displays
Keeping the restaurant and bar clean, tidy and comfortable
Making sure the presentation of the area and our food offering is spot on at all times
What we're looking for
A warm, approachable manner with customers
Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service
Reliable team player, flexible on hours
Previous hospitality experience desired
