Role Purpose:
The Hire Controller will play a vital role in supporting the depot team with the day-to-day operations of the Wernick Power Solutions depot. This position demands a commitment to excellent customer service and meticulous administration. The successful candidate will ensure that all processes are handled with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the seamless operation of our services.

About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-class customer service
Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and any other necessary correspondence
Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business.
Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
Post contracts, on/off hire equipment
Prioritise customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in problem-solving and support the team with common-sense solutions.
Maintain strong administrative processes and excellent telephone etiquette.
Contribute to an efficient and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
Experience handling telephone inquiries in a service-related industry.
Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
Literate and numerate, capable of data input and interpretation.
