TES are an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Water Treatment and Power Distribution solutions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 12 month temporary basis.

About this role
Key Responsibilities:
To support the contracts manager with all compliance, data and information for project controls and cost forecasts
To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers
Monitor reports and KPIs relating to the contract administration function and assist in regular contract reviews
Organise and manage labour information to enable staff to carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance works
Compile and forward maintenance reports to clients
Attend meetings with clients where necessary
Organise materials to meet contractual programme of works
Order materials and raise the associated purchase orders to ensure each job is invoiced accordingly
Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure that all requests are handled within the service level agreed, recorded and appropriate action is taken
Ensure that engineers paperwork is completed on time
Any other duties conducive to the post which are deemed to be within capability
What We’re Looking For:
· Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of spreadsheets and the creation and maintenance of databases
· Ability to organise and prioritise work
· Experience in a similar role
