Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to lead transformative change? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive the successful implementation of several key systems as part of our broader Transformation Programme. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of organisational change, enhancing scalability, efficiency, and agility across the business.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Transformation team and lead the successful delivery of strategic technology projects, starting with the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
The Role
Reporting into the Transformation Programme, you'll lead end-to-end system implementation projects, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with senior leaders and the opportunity to present progress, risks and recommendations directly to the Executive Committee.
You'll play a critical role in delivering technology-enabled change that supports business growth, efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of large-scale system implementation projects, including the HRIS programme.
Manage multiple project workstreams across the wider Transformation portfolio.
Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports and Statements of Work.
Manage budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies and project risks.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party vendors.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Provide regular updates to governance groups and the Executive Committee.
Manage the successful transition of projects into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.
Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tools and best practices.
About You
You'll be a proactive and collaborative project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering business change through technology.
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience delivering vendor-led system implementation projects within medium-sized organisations.
Experience implementing SaaS platforms such as HR, Finance, CRM or Case Management systems.
Strong project management expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor and risk management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira and Microsoft Office.
Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering or process mapping, would be advantageous.
Qualifications
PRINCE2 certified or equivalent (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile, MSP or DSDM).

What you will need
Required criteria
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- MS applications, Jira project management and MS project planner
- Prince-2 certified or equivalent project/programme management certifications (Prince-2 Agile, DSDM, MSP)
Desired criteria
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
