About this role
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service
Leading, motivating, training and developing the team
Maintaining excellent standards of customer service, food, drink, cleanliness and presentation
Managing team rosters, labour costs, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance
Ensuring compliance with health and safety, food safety, licensing and employment regulations
Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
Monitoring financial performance, budgets, margins and cost controls
Recruiting, onboarding and developing team
Creating a positive, professional and team focused working environment
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
The Ideal candidate will have
5+ years previous experience in a similar management role within Irish hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good commercial awareness and financial understanding
Experience managing rosters, stock, budgets and KPI's
