One of Dublin's most iconic bars, Bruxelle's, is seeking an Experienced Day-time Manager to join their busy, friendly team working five morning shifts per week. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day operations and the rest of the team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry in a traditional pub setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
A hands on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About this role
Oversee the daily operation of a high volume city centre pub
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture
Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to
Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance
What you will need
Required criteria
- Must have 5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry in a traditional pub setting.
- Must be available to work five morning shifts per week.
- Must possess strong leadership and team management skills.
