Purpose of a Kitchen Porter
The primary purpose of a Kitchen Porter is to support the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation, while assisting the chefs and kitchen team with general duties.

About this role
Responsibilities:
Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized
Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
Take out the garbage
Must be over 18 years old due to hours of work
Essential Requirements
Previous experience is desirable but not essential
Available to work weekdays and weekends
Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
