Bar, Food & Lobby Server - Monday to Friday

As a Bar, Food & Lobby Server, you will be responsible for providing welcoming and efficient service to our guests across the hotel bar and lobby areas.

Your duties will include:

·       Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.

·       Taking and serving food and beverage orders.

·       Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

·       Delivering food and drinks to a high standard.

·       Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and lobby areas.

·       Processing guest bills and payments accurately.

·       Maintaining knowledge of our menus, beverages and daily specials.

·       Working closely with the kitchen, reception and wider hotel team.

·       Handling guest requests and queries in a professional manner.

·       Following food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service procedures.

·       Assisting with opening, closing and general day-to-day duties.

What We’re Looking For

·       Previous experience in hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service is an advantage.

·       A friendly, positive and professional approach.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

·       Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

·       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

·       Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
