Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking Solar PV Installers or Roofers to join our Installations teams based out of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.

The Opportunity:
As a Solar PV Installer you will be responsible for the installation of our Solar PV Systems on residential buildings & ground mounted systems. You will receive 6 weeks of complete and thorough industry-specific training.
About this role
Responsibilities Include:
Install Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest of standards.
Ensure deadlines are met for upcoming installations and projects.
Engage with our customers and provide information and advice on work being undertaken.
Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Roofer or have previous experience in Cladding/Industrial glazing.
Previous solar experience is desirable
Must live within one hour of Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan.
Must be willing to do nationwide travel.
Must have a full Clean Driver's Licence.
Previous experience working at heights with a the use of a harness.
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and control Health and Safety aspects on site.
Excellent organisational and planning skills along with a positive attitude for dealing with customers.

Schedule:
