We are looking for a compassionate and caring Receptionists to join our family at Chestnut Manor Care Home.
As our front-of-house Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, residents, and team members. You will provide a warm Westgate welcome and be the friendly face that makes everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.

About this role
37.5 hours per week
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Providing a warm welcome to residents, families and visitors
Managing calls, enquiries, appointments and tours
Providing general administrative and office support
Assisting with invoicing, ordering and supplier coordination
Maintaining accurate records and a professional reception area
Liaising with staff across the home to support smooth daily operations
Responding appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations

What you will need
Required criteria
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a luxury care home setting
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- A polished and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
- Empathy and understanding when engaging with elderly residents and their families
