We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Team Leader who is passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to achieve meaningful outcomes and live fulfilling lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly Community Hub in Haverhill, Suffolk, at a time of development and growth. We are seeking someone who is ready to make their mark on the service, bringing fresh ideas, energy and creativity to help shape its future. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our programme, creating engaging, outcome-focused sessions that encourage independence, confidence and personal growth.

The successful candidate will be a natural motivator who can inspire and develop a team, encouraging high standards of person-centred support and ensuring the very best outcomes for the people we support. You will be someone who not only generates innovative ideas but has the drive, organisation and determination to turn them into reality.

As Team Leader, you will:

  • Work alongside the Service Manager to continually develop and improve the service.

  • Create and oversee engaging, outcome-focused activities and programmes.

  • Take responsibility for team supervision, team meetings and day-to-day staff support.

  • Assist the Service Manager with quality assurance, compliance and service improvement initiatives.

  • Help create a positive, welcoming and ambitious culture where both customers and staff can thrive.
