The Roost, Maynooth is looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Senior Bar Staff to join our busy team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for great service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will be responsible for serving drinks, engaging with customers, maintaining high standards behind the bar, supporting the wider team, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

About this role
Serve drinks and take customer orders in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Handle payments accurately.
Support the floor and wider team during busy service.
Follow all licensing, health and safety, and company procedures.
Restock fridges, glassware and bar supplies as required.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
