About this role
We are now looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our Estates Team.
What you’ll do:
Carry out general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, painting, and decorating.
Support with gardening and upkeep of outdoor spaces.
Assist the Estates Manager with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Help ensure our buildings, fixtures, and fittings are maintained to the highest standards.
Take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment for the people we support, their families, and visitors.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in general maintenance and gardening.
Practical skills in painting, decorating, and repairs.
A caring, patient, and flexible approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence (a company van and fuel will be provided).
