Join Healix International as a Junior Security Coordinator and become a core part of our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC). In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality operational security services to our global clients. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of our state-of-the-art security platform, supporting clients with essential travel and security risk management services.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the global security landscape. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:
Providing timely security advice, briefings, and written consultancy.
Coordinating assistance cases by liaising with a network of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide operational, administrative and logistical coordination for ground-support and physical security tasks.
Supporting Incident Management Teams during crises and evacuations.
Support the development of global operational security capabilities and networks.

About this role
As a Junior Security Coordinator, your day-to-day will be fast-paced and rewarding, operating within a global team that spans the UK, Americas, and APAC regions. You'll work on a full-time shift pattern and gain exposure to a wide range of international security incidents. Your tasks will vary from providing pre-trip advice and briefings, to coordinating ground support for clients, including evacuations.
This role is a fantastic launchpad for a career in the global security and risk management industry. In addition to on-the-job training, the successful applicant will join our 4-year Crisis and Security Risk Manager training programme, providing structured and intentional learning and development growth.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- A degree or masters (or equivalent) in a related field, such as International Relations or Politics
- Ability to communicate fluently in English on all relevant channels.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and demonstrate flexibility, including working outside normal working hours.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Evidenced interest, exposure or knowledge of relevant security, political or international relations in the ECIS region
Desired criteria
- Other European modern languages
- Experience with intelligence monitoring and reporting platforms.
