Part-time Cellar/Stock Assistant | The Quays Bar and Music Hall
We're looking for a reliable and physically fit Cellar/Stock Person to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring the cellar and storage areas run smoothly, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day supply needs.
About this role
Receive, check, and store deliveries of kegs, bottles, and other stock
Rotate stock (FIFO) to minimise waste and ensure freshness
Change and connect kegs, and maintain beer lines and dispense equipment
Keep the cellar clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory to management
Assist with stocktakes and inventory counts
Move stock safely between storage areas and the bar/service areas
Report equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly
What We're Looking For:
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting kegs, crates, cases)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous cellar, warehouse, or stock experience preferred but not essential
Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
A team player with a positive attitude
