Full-Time Floor Operations Manager
We're looking for an experienced Floor and Guest Experience Manager to run the Front of House at one of Ireland's most iconic late-night bar and live music venues. The Quays in Galway is a landmark late-night bar right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, famed for its Irish hospitality experience and as one of the city's most iconic music venues.
You'll oversee front-of-house operations during evening and late-night service, ensuring a smooth, safe, and immersive experience for guests and staff.
About this role
Oversee crowd flow, capacity, and licensing compliance, especially during live sets
Liaise with sound/stage teams to keep the night running on schedule
Assist with end-of-night reporting
Requirements
Irish Hospitality Experience essential
5+ years in a supervisory/management role in Irish hospitality or nightlife
Strong leadership under pressure, good judgment with difficult situations
PSA Liscence an advantage
