We are looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.

In this guest-focused role, you will deliver a range of high-quality spa and beauty treatments, helping to create memorable and relaxing experiences for our guests. Working within a luxury resort environment, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional treatment standards, promoting spa services and products, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. Working hours will be agreed in line with business requirements and may include weekends and bank holidays.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering a range of spa and beauty treatments to a high professional standard.

• Providing a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.

• Conducting consultations and recommending suitable treatments and products.

• Promoting spa treatments, packages and retail products.

• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive guest experience.

What we're looking for

Essential

• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).

• Previous experience delivering spa and beauty treatments.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Professional, friendly and approachable manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.

• Driving license

Desirable

• Experience within a hotel, resort or luxury spa environment.

• Retail sales experience.

• Additional treatment qualifications.
