We are looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.
In this guest-focused role, you will deliver a range of high-quality spa and beauty treatments, helping to create memorable and relaxing experiences for our guests. Working within a luxury resort environment, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional treatment standards, promoting spa services and products, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. Working hours will be agreed in line with business requirements and may include weekends and bank holidays.
About this role
What you'll be doing
Delivering a range of spa and beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
Providing a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.
Conducting consultations and recommending suitable treatments and products.
Promoting spa treatments, packages and retail products.
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive guest experience.
What we're looking for
Essential
NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
Previous experience delivering spa and beauty treatments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.
Driving license
Desirable
Experience within a hotel, resort or luxury spa environment.
Retail sales experience.
Additional treatment qualifications.
