Salary: Hourly rate of pay up to £14.10
About this role
What You’ll Be Doing:
Offering companionship – from friendly conversation to helping make the day memorable
Supporting independence at home – meal preparation, light household help, and daily routines
Assisting with personal care and medication where required
Enabling access to the community – shopping, social activities, clubs, or appointments
Building strong, lasting professional connections with regular customers
Maintaining accurate records
Communicating clearly with team members
Delivering outstanding, safe, and effective service
No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing mentoring to ensure you feel confident in your role.
