Salary: Hourly rate of pay up to £14.10

About this role

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Offering companionship – from friendly conversation to helping make the day memorable

  • Supporting independence at home – meal preparation, light household help, and daily routines

  • Assisting with personal care and medication where required

  • Enabling access to the community – shopping, social activities, clubs, or appointments

  • Building strong, lasting professional connections with regular customers

  • Maintaining accurate records

  • Communicating clearly with team members

  • Delivering outstanding, safe, and effective service

No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing mentoring to ensure you feel confident in your role.
