We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our talented kitchen team at the Cultra Inn, on the grounds of the five-star Culloden Estate & Spa.

Hours vary, but typical shifts include 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, and availability on weekends is essential.
The rate of pay for this casual position is £9.55 to £12.75 per hour depending on your age.

About this role
To ensure that all Kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and presented to the Hastings Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene.
To keep all kitchen areas clean. Typical tasks include washing dishes, pots, pans, loading and unloading the dish washer, emptying, and cleaning bins.
Maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, and mopping floors.
To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
To maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Any other duties as required by management.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
Desired criteria
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Working towards a relevant qualification such as Level 2 in Professional Cookery
