The role
You will provide visible leadership across all five services, supporting staff teams, maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
· Support Team Leaders and staff teams across five residential services.
· Ensure services meet CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company expectations.
· Oversee audits, health and safety, infection control and quality assurance.
· Support recruitment, assessments, transitions and professional meetings.
· Complete monthly reports and contribute to service improvement.

About this role
Essential requirements
· Registered Manager experience, preferably within learning disabilities and autism.
· NVQ Level 5, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care.
· Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
· Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
· Flexible approach, including on-call duties and further training.
· Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
· Willingness to complete the CQC Registered Manager application process after probation.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Understanding of autism, safeguarding policies, and a person-centered approach
- Registered Manager experience
- NVQ Level 5, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care.
Desired criteria
- Full, clean driving license
