The Role
We are seeking caring and compassionate Health Care Assistants to support our residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and support.
Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
Follow individual care plans and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Build respectful and positive relationships with residents.
Work collaboratively as part of the care team.
About You
FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Care of the Elderly preferred.
Manual Handling training desirable.
Previous Healthcare Assistant experience preferred.
Caring, reliable and empathetic.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about providing high-quality care.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Experience working in a nursing home.
Desired criteria
- FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly
- Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
- At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant
