Serve drinks and customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
Support junior bar staff and help maintain strong service standards
Assist with opening, closing, stock rotation, and bar preparation
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the bar area
Handle customer queries and support a positive guest experience
Follow all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene procedures
Requirements
Previous bar experience is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
