An exciting opportunity has opened up in our brand new, extremely busy two-floor Guild Care charity shop in the heart of Worthing High Street.

Guild Care are seeking a Retail Assistant to support the day-to-day running of be one of our most vibrant fast-paced, busy charity shops in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity develop your retail skills. In this role, every day is different and your creativity, keen eye for detail and adaptability will really make a difference in people’s lives.
P/T 21 hours per week this role will include working at least 1 weekend per month and is open 7days per week - Hours - Mon-Sat - 9am - 5pm | Sunday 10am - 4pm

About this role
Guild Care is Worthing’s leading social care charity, and our wonderful charity shops play a vital role in supporting the services we provide to older people, those living with dementia, and children and adults with learning disabilities. With 17 shops across West Sussex, we’re at the heart of the community – offering a wide range of quality second-hand goods, all while raising funds for our essential services.
Do you have experience in a retail or customer service setting? And / or are you enthusiastic, creative, with outstanding communication and customer service skills and are willing to learn?
