We are looking for a Breakfast Server to greet & seat customers and residents of the hotel. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole.
About this role
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities Include:
· Meeting & greeting the guests
· Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet
· Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service
· Interacting with guests by taking orders, responding to any questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area upon their departure
· Ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so that they can leave the dining area by the end of the meal service
· Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant during the meal service. This includes sanitising surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.
Midweek & weekends required
