About the Role

We are looking for two Housekeeping Assistant to join the team at Bath Mill Lodge Retreat, one of Darwin Escapes' stunning resort locations.

These are permanent positions working a minimum of 8 hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods.

Housekeeping Assistants plays a key role in ensuring our guest accommodation is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working as part of a friendly team, you will help prepare our luxury lodges and facilities, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional first impression.

About this role

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare lodges ready for guest arrivals.

• Change bed linen and make beds to company standards.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.

• Vacuum, dust, mop floors and maintain high presentation standards throughout.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.

• Support the wider housekeeping team during guest changeovers.

• Follow company cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.

• Ensure all accommodation is guest-ready within allocated timescales.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

• A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional standards and guest experiences.
