Key Responsibilities & Role Overview:
Collaborative Care: Partner with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders within a dynamic new team to deliver exceptional, high-quality care.
Safe Environment: Maintain a secure, nurturing, and stable residential setting that promotes the well-being and development of vulnerable young people.
Daily Engagement: Drive the delivery of tailored, engaging day-to-day activities designed to support individual care plans and personal growth.
Salary: €40-€44k (DOE)
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:
BA in Social Care (L7/L8)
BA in Applied Social Care Studies in Social Care (L7/8)
BA in Social Care Work (L7/8)
BA in Social Care Practise (L7/L8)
BSc of Science in Health & Social Care L8 (Atlantic Technological University)
OR
If you are eligible to register with CORU as a social care worker.
